Table Sizes

-We offer 6' round tables that seat 8-10 and 5' round tables that seat 8 comfortably. We also have a limited selection of 6' &8' rectangle tables for food as well as 3 high tops located by the bar for seating.

Venue Capacity

-Hall Capacity is 300 to include guests, PACC staff and employees, as well as event staff and band or DJ

-For larger parties wishing to maintain a dance floor we recommend no more then 200 guests be invited

-Bar capacity is 96

Table and Chair Set up

-Each rental is responsible for planning accordingly and making sure they have adequate time to set up tables, chairs and decorations. Each rental is also responsible for breaking down tables and chairs, returning them to the storage closet, as well as removing decorations, taking out trash and making sure the venue is returned in a clean and undamaged manner

We ask PLEASE DO NOT DRAG CHAIRS AND TABLES ACROSS THE HARDWOOD FLOORS this will damage them

Banned Items

-The following items or activities are banned on premise

-Glitter & confetti to include Balloons filled with glitter or confetti

-Fog, smoke, bubble machines are all banned

-Candles or flames other then food warmer burners

-Smoking and Vaping inside the building or hallways

-Outside Beverages to include water and juices

-There is no Nailing, taping, stapling, or attaching of any decorations to our walls rafters or ceiling. any decorations you wish to hang must be tied using string or fishing line only or by using a spring clamp. you will be billed for property damage if you break this rule

-No Draping fabric between rafters. (The Club was recently outfit with a fire suppression system and this prevents it from working properly)

-Parties over 180 guests are required to hire and provide Security personnel for crowd management in the event that you can not hire the PACC is able to offer this service at an additional cost.
